Sharayu Motors, a division of SAP HOLDING AND LEASING PVT. LTD. is the Authorised Dealer for Hyundai at Navi Mumbai. The Company has taken on lease around 10000sq. Ft. of showroom and 30000 sq. Ft. of Service centre at Turbhe on Mumbai Pune Road, which is one of the biggest 3S facility in India.

A division of Moreshwar Trading Co. P. Ltd., is the Authorised dealer for TOYOTA at GOA. The company owns around 30000 sq. ft. for showroom and service centre at Goa. We are the sole dealer for Toyota at Goa.

Sharayu IT Park

• Company proposes to set up IT park of 400000 sq.ft for Rs. 95 crores at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
• Company has already acquired 80000 sq.ft at Turbhe for the said project.

Sharayu Automobiles P. Ltd.

The company has acquired 1 acre of commercial plot of land at Khardi on Pune Nagar Road for Rs. 1200 lacs. The Company proposes to set up Toyota Dealership (4s Facility) on the said plot by December 2008.

Arpee Consultants P. Ltd.

• The Company has recently acquired 23000 sq.ft of Plot at MIDC, Turbhe and proposes to start new dealership of Toyota.
• Company has already received LOI from Toyota for said dealership.
• New dealership is expected to Commence from February, 2009.
